The not-too-sweet pasta dish, served with shaved ice, is wonderfully refreshing and surprisingly tasty. Positive User: bok choy restaurant Tha Din Daeng old man Friends say that this restaurant is the best of Bokkea. If you come to this area, you should stop by to eat. Positive User: Never knew such a simple dessert would appear in the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. It might be one of the cheapest dishes to be in that list. What’s more surprising is that a Chinese dessert could actually be in that list! Decided to try and see what is so good about it, and there was already quite a long wait at the stall. As a foreigner it is not easy to take an order because everything is in Thai, and I was standing there waiting for help while some people already cut me in the queue and placed order. It’s not easy ordering because you have to write the order yourself on a piece of paper and pass it to one of the aunties there. Finally one of the aunties came to my rescue and I had to point at what I wanted. She showed me the ingredient list and I told her which one I didn’t one and she started preparing it for me. What’s so special was that there was this item inside which looks like the thin noodles, I think its probably noodles but I kept denying the fact because I have the impression noodles won’t taste nice in desserts. In fact, I really enjoyed it and I almost wanted to order more! It just ticks all the boxes: simple, cheap, good, enjoyable. Definitely one of the best desserts eaten so far in Bangkok. Positive User: Super good price 30 bath full of everything . Yellow sweet noodles is a bit tough but also good. Positive User: Eat and feel nostalgic. It was as if I had reverted to being a child again. It has a very good mental effect.
