Positive User: Great food and an amazing collection of wines at prices similar to what you’d pay in a wine shop. Everything we ordered was fresh and bursting with flavor. The only thing that wasn’t to perfection was the risotto, it could have used a few more minutes to get it just right. Now that’s not to say the flavor wasn’t outstanding. The lobster was spot on. Often when it comes with pasta it’s overcooked, but not at Opus, it was juicy with a great grill taste. I’m not sure if they use live fire to cook but a lot of the dishes had some great smoky flavors that usually comes with cooking over wood or charcoal. I was amazed by the wine selection and once I started to look at the prices I was even more amazed. I told my group that I’d be happy pulling up in a comfy chair and just sitting in the wine room sipping away on the wine. The service was top notch and the waiter effortlessly bounced between Thai and English. There’s also a decent amount of parking on-site, but on a busy night I could envision it being full. My only complaint is that I didn’t come to Opus earlier. A strong recommendation if you enjoy great Italian food and or Italian wines that you don’t offer see in BKK.

Positive User: Outstanding restaurant, probably the best and truly Italian cuisine in town. We’ve come to Opus several times over the last 12 years and have never been disappointed: the quality of food and service has been excellent and consistent over the years. The place and atmosphere are warm and intimate. Highly recommended.

Positive User: A two stories authentic italian resturant and wine bar. The have a walk-in wine cellar with wide range of wine selection in the firdt floor and the cocktail bar on the second floor. The location is easy to access with 10-12 parking lots. My personal favorite would be Polpa and Wagyu steak although the price is a bit high.
Positive User: Food was good but not outstanding, service ok at best. Atmosphere was nice.
Positive User: A very decent dinner atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. It is an so-called italian restaurant, but selection of food items are mostly from else where like Australian Wagyu beef, Spanish Iberico ham, etc. Tried seared scallops and Atlantic seabass, both of the dishes taste like defrosted seafood, which brings a bit of disappointment. For the pasta, with no doubt, the Vongole and Red Prawns Risotto were amazing.

Neutral User: I agree that this place offers good quality food. Even Olive oil and Parmesan were good. But bread and pasta were too salty for me. Saltiness could be good with wine and/or alcohol. But I m not a drinker. So that trick doesn’t work with me. Wish I would drink wine. Taste could be balanced.

the place is very crowded. everything was so slow!
We waited for the waiter to take the order for almost an hour.
but they are actually nice and friendly just doing things very slowly.
the food also took a long time.
An hour after placing the order, we got an appetiser and an hour more till we got the main.
What’s worse is the food.
Besides the cold cut,
all dish taste is wrong! and not satisfied us at all.
luckily, the wine is alright.
total over 3.5+ hours for this experience
not recommended!

Negative User: Good food but not enough staff for customers make the service very slow but otherwise ok

Negative User: Service absolutely terrible. There were two customers including me and four staff. One was drinking something, one more playing phone, another wandering around the shop and the last sitting in the corner. Nobody coming to take my order. Food was so-so. Half of positions in menu missing. Such a joke.
