Negative User: Nice food, but the service was horrible Negative User: Although the staff was kind to the western man next to me. Asians leave a bad impression on us. I didn’t want to order food. The taste is like no other! Negative User: Beautifully decorated…..just walk through the storefront….

Negative User: They just don’t seem to get the concept of dinning. Half way through our starter they brought our main course and we told them we were not ready.They then brought our main course when we were ready and it was cold, so they obviously just left it on the side in the kitchen.Other times we have dined at other wine connections they have not brought out the food together. So one of us had to watch the other eating theirs.The food is good and we always hope they get the service right….I give up and will not return to any branches in the future Negative User: Rubbish for vegan options, made no attempt to cater for us. Only suitable for people with too much money and no imagination. Negative User: The service was really poor. The waitress did not have a service mind at all.
