Positive User: First time there…and definitely won’t be the last. You don’t get to see that much smiling faces anymore these days…but iO has that. All smiling when you walk in. All staff are very attentive. Food is deeeelizioso. They have a very tasty parma ham. My favorite for now is parma ham schiacciata with good amount of rocket. Would absolutely be going back there again. Totally recommend it. Keep it up, you guys. Positive User: Food is authentic Service is top notch and best in this location Food & Wine price is reasonable for Italian restaurant Love the bread / pizza & wine here Positive User: What an amazing place! Food is delicious, best Italian dishesh and everything tastes amazing. Any pizza will be a winner. Big variety of pastas, pizzas & meat. Go for the white house wine and you won’t be disappointed. Service is great and staff is very friendly. Book a table if you want to dine during the weekend.

Positive User: So I came here for lunch time meeting with a friend and even though I’ve been here before many many times I absolutely love this place the ambiance the food is outstanding!! I wasn’t very hungry, but I had one of their bruschettas which was so so good!! My friend ordered the porchetti pork and loved every bite!!! The service here is also incredible, very attentive, and not annoying which is good ! Chef Anna is the lady who runs this place and they also have a location in Pattaya ! This one in central groove is so good it’s a staple I mean I don’t know any time I finish shopping or doing anything I’d like to pop by here for a quick piece of pizza 🍕 , pasta 🍝 or a glass of wine or something but anyway if you’re in central Bangkok this is the place to go !! Positive User: A casual italian spot for lunch or dinner in Groove Central World. The service here is very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They try to accommodate everything and are super nice (big plus). The food here is also delicious. The breads are great and the pasta is delicious esp the tagliolini!! 🙂 beef carpaccio is also good! The only one i would say i disliked was the seafood stew— bland, super oily, and did not feel fresh. Overall can repeat this place as a casual brunch/lunch spot! Positive User: Very good Italian restaurant, friendly staff, delicious food, will come again next time.

Neutral User: [Taste average / Price high / Good vibes] FOOD: We ordered spaghetti, pizza and roasted beef. Their taste was average. (There are a lot of pizza/pasta shops with much lower prices in BKK) PRICE: Quite high for the location SERVICE: Professional / Most if the waiter speaks English. Neutral User: Stopped by to have dinner. We ordered flat bread pepperoni pizza, salad, and skirt steak. The flat bread pizza had barely any tomato sauce. The pepperoni tasted like the store bought. The salad, along with the dressing, was good. Skirt steak cooked medium raw (perfectly), but it was stringy. Service was good, and the food came out fast. Neutral User: Great service. Great atmosphere. Food the pizza was decent as was the tuna salad. The pasta lamb Ragu was exceptionally good.

One Star	Negative User: Very noisy Negative User: overpriced, small portions, not very good Negative User: Food is great, but! Last 2 visits I’ve found in my bill things what I didn’t order! I could count it as mistake if it’s once, but 2 times it’s already regularity, not an accident. Pity, it was my favorite Italian restaurant in Bangkok.
