Positive User: Helluva bread place! Sourdough rocks! Croissants rock! Baguettes rock! Ciabatta rocks! Garden is great. Sometimes they have very good veggies, kinda farmers market style. Prices… Ouch. But I guess you get what you pay for. Coffee is decent too. It’s hard not to just sit and eat coz it’s all super delicious, fresh and right there in front of you. Seating is all outdoors in the pretty garden. There is shade, but still a bit of hot for an afternoon coffee during summer.

I find bakery just a little overpriced for its portion, but understandable.
If you go during a weekend or a holiday, expect to be crowded and full parking. Go with a motorcycle and no frustration.
Location is also difficult to find (without google map), rarely any taxi around unless you call through your Grab app

Neutral User: I sometimes go to a cafe because it has a garden. It’s hot, but I go there when I want to be quiet. The taste of bread or coffee is usually more expensive than the taste.

Negative User: no seats inside, only in the garden, which is a nice one. Service is so so, and food ok but very, very expensive
Negative User: I was told by their staff at 49 Terrace that there will be bagel at this location but at 3pm there was not much on offer. We bought a hot cross bun and 3 iced latte. The bread was alright but was shocked that sugar syrup was added into the coffee. It was as sweet as Thai ice tea. Not a usual practice for cafes we normally go to. Rather disappointed. Not rushing back anytime soon.
Negative User: I came here for years, great products especially breads only if you go onsite.
Awfull delivery service (by lineman): first closing hours is 5 pm, second almost 50% of online orders have issues (missing items, lineman cancelation).
Choose a proper delivery system like foodpanda or grab!

Negative User: I went for lunch, but there was almost no bread. They said it was delicious, but I regretted stepping out in the heat. I’m not interested in customers.

Negative User: Bangkok When I searched for a delicious bakery, this shop had high reviews and was also highly rated on the blogs of locals. Purchased an apple pie and a chocolate croissant. First bite apple pie First of all, it’s hard and I can’t chew it. Even though it was a pie, the edges were hard and not crispy, so I couldn’t eat it. The chocolate croissant is also normal with the feeling that it has been a day. I expected it and went out of my way to buy it, and lost it. I won’t go anymore
