Positive User: Fantastic service from making the order to receiving the cake, very simple steps to follow. The cake itself was delicious and the strawberries were very fresh. Highly recommend this place. I will certainly order again in the future. Positive User: It was amazing. Positive User: They extended their store so it is now larger, also they had a new decoration. Their coffee is nice. But Thai milk tea is not so good. Other sweets are okay, but not the macorons. The seating are comfortable: both indoor (airconditioned) and outdoor. There’s bathroom available. Free wifi. Free drinking water (at your own service) Positive User: There was a little set back with the purchasing of the products but otherwise all good! I haven’t really tasted their cakes but the people i gave them to said their cakes are really great! Thank you for the freebies as well! Til next purchase! Positive User: Ordered a concorde chocolate cake and had it delivered to the restaurant for a birthday dinner. Process was clear and easy, most importantly cake was very yummy!

Neutral User: A dessert shop in Soi Phatthanakan 61 that specializes in chocolate menus. Normally, there are both indoor and outdoor seats, but during this time, the indoor zone which is an air-conditioned room is still closed. Most desserts contain chocolate. And the outstanding menu is a group of various types of soft-faced cakes. The Supreme Dark Chocolate drink was not as intense as expected. The coffee part is okay. Probably a medium roast. Neutral User: A chocolate cafe with an impressive yellow wall. Is the taste normal? There is also a branch in Emporium 😉 Neutral User: I love sweets here especially macarons and strawberry trifle. Reasonable price.

Negative User: Tried to order a cake from Singapore to my loved one in Bangkok. Made the order on their website and no delivery fee was indicated after I input the delivery address, so I just proceeded to check out. Was informed later that the delivery fee was 440baht, in which I was quite taken back as their delivery fee to other provinces is around 200baht. At that point I felt a bit uncomfortable that I might be paying a “tourist price”. Not to mention there is also a 10% fee on top of the total bill if you pay via paypal and 500baht if you use bank transfer. All this does not make sense as the bank does not charge them fees and paypal only charge about 5%. I decided to ask if I was able to cancel the order as I thought all these fees included I might as well get a better bigger cake. So the refund was initiated and I was told I would have to bear the 10% service fee which I was more than willing to. Alright now the part comes when I received the refund back to my paypal. Upon calculation, not only was I the one bearing all the fees to and fro paypal, Larna House conveniently pocketed 120baht from this whole fiasco. Pretty disappointed about the whole incident as this was the first time I tried to order online from a shop in Thailand. Which I must mention have not encountered shopping online from other parts of the world. Negative User: followed by popular news
