Neutral User: What happened to the service here? Last visited in 2019 and this was one of my favorite places in Bangkok. Now, the food is still excellent but the service is a disaster.
A few things that happened during my lunch visit:
– we were not given any menus but had to ask
– ordered a second serving of one dish, asked repeatedly (3-4 times) which never came
– ice cream was “too hard to scoop” so the waiter took the 10-15 liter boxes out of the freezer and pointed a fan at them to “thaw” (which obviously did not work) instead of using a spoon and warm water
– orders from another table were brought to ours
– got charged for food we never received
– got charged for food we never ordered
Nevertheless the food is still amazing and despite the decline in service I would still recommend checking out this restaurant!
