Positive User: First time here,
I just got a nice food with great services in a perfect environment. 👍
Ps. I really love tea here. ❤
Positive User: I went with my family to celebrate the moon festival, the foods were delicious! Tastes of foods are suitable for Chineses. We didn’t order in advanced for the Peking duck, but were lucky to get one on the day within 30 minutes, which was a surprise and lucky to have a chance to try it out, the duck was just as good as what I have heard before. The sweet and sour fish is great, very special and classic style of sweet sour👍 The staffs were very friendly, which they also prepared a birthday cake for me too. Very recommend for people that visit around this area of Bangkok or stay at the Rosewood Bangkok, have to try it out the restaurant!

Three Stars
Neutral User: Exclusive chinese restaurant in a fancy Rosewood Hotel.
Food is average, price is on a high side, but if you are looking for pampered and rather private dining experiences, this is the place to go.
Note : I went there 4x in the last 4 years.
Neutral User: Nan Bei is a Chinese restaurant on the 19th floor of the Rosewood Bangkok Hotel. The food is delicious and the waiters are friendly and enthusiastic, but the price is quite expensive.
Neutral User: The Peking duck was really moist and tasty. The squirrel fish was also very well-prepped. However, the truffle xiao long bao and pot stickers weren’t as impressive as they got cold super fast and the the taste was just average.
The desserts (mango sago & jasmine tea creme brulee) were actually the most delicious menu of the day.
Service was really good, so as the ambience

Negative User: Good atmosphere, very good service, but the taste of food is ordinary, bland, Peking duck is not delicious. Fried rice with salmon roe was bland, other dishes were nothing outstanding. if compared to the price You have to ask for permission if the review doesn’t like anyone here.
Negative User: The concierge at our hotel had been trying for a table at Nan Bei for 2 days without success. My husband & I decided to take a chance & sure enough the restaurant was empty! Why do they create unnecessary hype? We ordered the food, the starter turned out to be a cold dish. Nowhere on the menu did it say that all the starters were cold. The staff was kind enough to take it back. We then ordered gyozas which had the most beautiful crispy lace. However the gyozas had more wrapping than filling & that too had no taste. The beans were stringy & chewy, the vegetable noodles were good but everything was under seasoned. We had to keep adding soya sauce. The beef & the cucumber salad were delicious. The atmosphere was too dark & depressing. They provide reading lights everywhere, why but just turn up the dimmer a bit? The atmosphere will be warmer & less gloomy!
Negative User: I was tricked by Xiaohongshu, saying that the most authentic Beijing roast duck is actually so-so, far less delicious than the roast duck with red envelopes. The food was served very slowly, the dishes in front were cold, the roast duck and the fish did not come up. Obviously the first to order, the result is that the dishes next door are served first
