Positive User: Maguro shop I like this shop very much. The price is quite high, but I feel like I’m eating at premium food, but this time the food taste is not quite the same. The quality seems to have decreased a bit, including fish meat, maki, fish head, ice cream. Appreciate the service. Saturday and Sunday will have to wait in line for a very long time. Excellent food here but the service could be a little better since they automatically charge 10% of the service charge. The sushi and sashimi were fresh and delicious, and the presentation was lovely.

Neutral User: Good taste. Fishes are fresh and big size. Prices are reasonable compared to the quality but the service need to be improved. I was here for a few times, I got the same service quality. There is table available but we were asked to wait for almost 10 minutes. Orders take almost 30 minutes, mainly prepare for online delivery. Service mind of staff need to be improved. Midori set is full of premium sushi like Otoro, foie gras, anago, engawa. Salmon yum is very tasteful. Red miso soup is very nice. Mixed salad come in a big portion of fresh vegetables. Thanks for honey lemon complimentary drink for fully vaccinations customer. Neutral User: Employees are not active especially the chef. The air-conditioned restaurant is not cold. Waiting for each menu for a long time despite ordering together from the first time Followed the food 3 times still not received. Ask to interrupt the queue because they order before other tables. But the clerk said he couldn’t do it. I forgot to do it and didn’t insert the queue. Worst service from 4 branches that I used to eat

Negative User: The restaurant is quite hot. Every time I come in, it’s hot every time. Negative User: Expensive price, good atmosphere. As for the taste, I think it’s Modern, adding new flavors and sauces. Frankly, I don’t like it. And I think it’s enough to eat, but once in a while, it’s enough. I’ve been there 4 times and I’m indifferent every time. Each time the menu is completely different. I’d rather choose another place. Sorry for the honest comment, but others might like it. Negative User: Order raw fish rice. But the restaurant does not put Uni as shown in the menu. Said that Uni is out of stock. and not notify the customer We ordered because we wanted to eat uni. Very disappointed. The price was not cheap. Is this the service standard?

Negative User: Order food via grab. Wait 2 hours. Still not finished. I have only ordered 5 menus and the waiter still tells me that the food is ready from the first hour. It’s not cold again. Negative User: Waited for food for a very long time, half an hour, still haven’t got it yet. Negative User: Service 2/10. Sashimi is not fresh 2/10. So many menus are unavailable because of stock management issues. All in all way too over price one of the worst japanese restaurant in the area.
