Positive User: The taste of somtum is original. Roasted peanuts in somtum tastes fresh. All the food is of good quality. Price is very reasonable and staffs are super nice. Highly recommend this place 🙂
P.s. Pls try out longan drink, tastes super refreshing!
Positive User: Wonderful food from Issan. Ask for Thai spicy ! Great staff – food is reasonably priced depending on what you order. Order the mallakan pepper marinated grilled chicken along with a papaya salad … what a treat ! Honest food !!! Great place.
Positive User: One of my must-visit spots in BKK. I always make a reservation before heading to either my usual Sathorn or Sukhumvit branche.
My usual orders are the corn fritters, som tum [mango, papaya or waxy corn 🌽], fried chicken wings, grilled pork collar and sticky rice. Everything is always consistently delicious and I always end off with their coconut ice cream.

Positive User: Nice place with good price n quality
Positive User: If you are craved for Northeastern Food, try Bann Som Tum. There are many branches in the Bangkok area. The restaurant sizing are differences upon the location. However, the price is a bit pricey due to premium ingredients. There is vegetarian menu available during vegetarian festival.
Positive User: Food was okay imo. I had higher expectations. It wasn’t full when I came in. The place was nice, clean, with AC. Service was ok, polite. Food came a bit slow. Seemed like they were busy preparing for delivery orders too. I just feel a little bit weird that this one staff asked us to pay in the middle of our meal. At first I thought they were closing or changing the cashier shift or whatever and he just handed us the bill to pay later. And I didn’t want to get my hands dirty touching money in the middle of eating but he asked us to pay at that exact moment. This staff didn’t speak much english so I didn’t get why he asked us to pay at that exact moment. We thought they were closing but we saw people still coming and ordering and the other tables pay after they’re finished.

Neutral User: We were intrigued by the fried banana blossom (as it mentioned red curry batter), but we didn’t note any curry flavour. It tasted quite like battered onion rings, still worth trying. Fried seabass was very fragrant and the acidity of the green mango salad helps to reduce the greasiness. We also had tom yum soup, som tam and grilled beef but felt that they were mediocre (there are better ones out there).

Negative User: Incomplete order check Having to order new food causes waiting for food for hours, wasting a lot of time.
Negative User: We ordered juice, but it was frozen and too sweet and had frozen jellies in it. The food was terrible (the meat was pure fat and disgusting in flavor). The „spicy salad with glassnoodles and seafood“ was tiny, had very little of everything and was not delicious. I don’t recommend it at all.
Negative User: Is this something for the cat to eat? Ordered through Robin Hood, 2 sticky rice, 1 steamed rice, meaning they didn’t give rice.
Textbook oranges cost 85 baht. You get very little. Eat a few bites and it’s all gone. It’s too expensive. At other restaurants you can get a lot more than this. Ordered for the first time and wasn’t impressed. I’ll probably be a one-time customer, the last time.
