Positive User: Great experience at the Allium at the Athenee Hotel, Luxury Collection. Came in just to have a couple of drinks but the team really made us feel welcome with a delicious selection of amuse bouche. Service was on point and made us feel very comfortable in a very opulent setting. Had the Athenee Hugo cocktail which I would highly recommend. This newly renovated restaurant is stunning and well designed with a careful focus on the finer details.
Positive User: Nice food & staffs are super helpful. Some appetizers are just good but main dishes are better. Red snapper & Seabass & Lamb rack are recommended.
Positive User: It was a most impressive dinner.
Four Stars
Positive User: We went to this Michelin French restaurant to enjoy a French meal.
As long as the amount of patronage exceeds 10,000 baht, the room can be reserved.
On this day, the ladies ate a six-course dessert-based French dish, while the men chose eight courses. We also opened a bottle of wine for more atmosphere.
The dishes are carefully prepared and artistically arranged, which is quite thoughtful. The bread that came at first was so delicious it has totally become my favorite series!
Six courses may seem small, but they will fill your stomach completely. Desserts are delicious, my favorite is oysters, there are some fusion dishes in it, or it has something to do with Thai tastes!
This evening we were served by a lovely and polite young man and served by a young and somewhat shy lady, and when the wine came it was brought by a handsome manager in the store.
The overall dishes are also attractive, and each friend with six dishes costs about 4,000 baht including tax.
Positive User: The shop is on the 3rd floor. The service staff explains the details of the food well. Some of the flavors are very delicious. Some of them are indifferent. But it’s beautiful, appetizing, with a detailed and creative menu. The hokkaido scallop is the best. The tomato salad turns out to be very delicious.
Positive User: Come in red theme with part of bar space and open kitchen. Food options are good but could be more and better in my opinion. Nice service. Suitable for friends and date night.
Nice dish decoration but the presentation of staff when serving any place could be more attractive. Liked but not that wow. If you are interesting to try, it’s okay but I can not say that here is the must in BKK. And for this price, I expected more.

The Allium Bangkok Neutral User Reviews
Three Stars
Neutral User: Sadly, the food at Allium was very lackluster. The texture of the risotto was off, it was way, way too firm and also way too rich. The mushroom linguine was bland and had no flavor aside from…well, mushroom. The dessert was okay, but it was basically one bite for nearly 500 baht.
If you’re looking to spend 6000 baht on a meal there’s many better options in Bangkok.
Neutral User: Most noticable were the miniscule size of the dishes. To me it looked more like tapas. This altough we ordered a la carte.
The quality of the food went from average, for the fish soup, to really good for the cod.
The service in well intentioned but had a hard time to cope with a half full restaurant.
The decoration and atmosphere is tasteful.
I found it overpriced for what we got and think that westerners will find better alternatives in bangkok.
Neutral User: It’s the second time we have dinner at the Allium Bangkok. The first time was last year during COVID. We ordered the set menu. I thought it was good that time.
This time, I ordered the ala carte. It was just OK. A bit underwhelming. Especially, since all the restaurants inside the Athenee are really good.
The beef tartare was good. The lobster burger was OK. The lamb rack was not seasoned well enough. A bit bland.
