Positive User: My favourite
Positive User: Fusion foods restaurant in Ekamai area. It has a new chef. The foods was tasty using fresh ingredients. Better than what it was couple of years ago. The staffs were attentive. Impeccable services.
Four Stars
Positive User: One Michelin star. Affordable French food. Wine bearing is excellent and enjoyable. The food is not eccentric, but inventive. Desserts are varied and appealing to women.
Highly recommended.
One Michelin star. affordable french. The wine bearings are excellent and fun. The food isn’t eccentric, but it’s ingenious. There is a variety of desserts, and they are popular with women.

Three Stars
Neutral User: Hidden in backyard, a nice, small modern restaurant.
Bistro style seating – not so comfortable.
Naked table, cutlery on the table is very unhygienic.
Water from Norway far away is not environmental acceptable.
Very, very long waiting 40 min for first dish.
The neighbour table got bread, not us.
The food is good – 90|100.
6 course menu for 3,400 Baht net (>100 EUR) – also the one small amuse gueules is one of the 6 courses. Very strange.
A sausage in the gourmet tasting menü (looks like Suhring copy) is funny, but doesn’t match the pricing.
Main course some small slices of steak as you get it in any steak restaurant.
It pretends to be a French restaurant.I don’t understand. Is it enough to serve Baba au Rhum to proof that?
Shellfish allergy is respected but they think mussels are shellfish (back to school)
The winelist shows (only) 8 red wines. We ordered one. Wanted to order a second bottle. Not available.
The service is trying hard, but hospitality seems to be difficult.
Neutral User: I expected more
Neutral User: Stage claims to be a “French” restaurant but is it really one, simply just because it serves truffles and baba au rhum? The “Stage Experience” came down to a whopping 5,000/ person (inc. VAT + service), but the dining “experience” itself was lackluster. Sure, the quality of each ingredient was impeccable (on its own), but when combined the flavor combination was weirdly off. The wait time between each plate was also awfully long, which added to the dullness of the evening- although could this be the “experience” they were aiming for? We’ll never know.

Two Stars
Negative User: Good ambience and experience but I have to give only 2 stars out of 5.
Food and wine paring is good but not great.
Staffs’ services need more training/education. Example … Serving guests and picking up empty plates, Left or right. You should know that… Inadequate attention to details.
Pricing is equivalent to 3-star Michelin restaurant. However, putting overall the experience and services together, we just cannot justify the price.
Are you really worth for the price and experience you charge us? We are not sure.
-Constructive criticism-
One Star
Negative User: Very expensive and the Food wad horrible
Negative User: Staffs are very rude. Everything is overpriced 🙁
