Please summarize your personal preferences. Oily rice – fragrant with ginger, cooked just right, not too soft, soggy or hard. The rice is a beautiful slender grain. But the taste is rather bland. Not too salty or bland, the rice is faint. Boiled chicken – good, but not the best. Cut into large pieces, not patted. Experience the fullness of the flesh to your heart’s content. But the chicken meat, if it doesn’t stick to the sauce that’s poured on it, will be a little dry. I thought it would be more juicy than this. Soy Sauce Boiled Chicken – This one is good, the sweet taste seeps into the meat. The ripeness is just right, making the skin crisp and crunchy. Juicy chicken meat with soft, crunchy skin.
