Negative User: A little pricey, but the quantity is huge. Ordered fried rice with gourami fish. The gourami fish was not crispy at all. We ordered 2 rounds, the gourami fish were not crispy for both rounds.
Negative User: We came here for the third time. Food and drinks were delicious as usual. However this time we waited for so long and kids were hungry and fussy. When we saw 4-5 tables who came after us already got food but we had not, we followed up. Another waiter apologized that the waitress forgot to put our orders in the queue and was expediting our order. We continued to wait while other tables continued to get food. We followed up again with another waitress and she made excuses that it took time to cook fried chicken wings. I know this was BS because the other waiter just admitted the mistake. I argued, the restaurant manager came to apologize. I wished the restaurant could have handled the situation more effectively and our kids weren’t left hungry for 45 minutes or so.
