Positive User: UPDATED REVIEW: OK… I went back because the customer service follow up was phenomenal and unexpected because I didn’t use my full name. The hotel manager, Ton, reached out to me via hotel room phone and convinced me to give it a second try. I was extremely hesitant; however, he was understanding, apologetic, and receptive to feedback so I agreed. So, we went back before leaving for the airport and everything was absolutely lovely. We had a reservation and got seated immediately. Lily, the restaurant manager, checked in on us during dinner to see if things were to our liking and also welcomed feedback for restaurant improvement. The service was top notch. For food, I got the “Salmone” and the pan sear on the salmon filet was perfectly crisp, while the salmon itself was moist, hot, and flaky. I would definitely recommend this dish. My friend got the “Fritto Misto” seafood platter and it came out nice and hot, crispy, and flavorful. It was good to try the different seafood items in one dish. We also got to try the “Polpo Arrosto” and even though I didn’t think I’d like it, I ended up eating most of this dish! It comes served on a bed on truffle mashed potatoes that are the perfect combo, and the texture of the octopus had just the right about of chew and flavor. Lastly, we had the chocolate fondant cake with ice cream which was good but the chocolate is very rich. The staff is amazing here and went above and beyond, worth giving a try if you’re in the area! 11th floor of the Muu Bangkok hotel.

Neutral User: Very nice ambiance! Quiet and pretty dim lighting.
Slightly difficult to find, thought it was in the mall but instead it was on the 11th floor of a hotel.
Food was decent. Ordered the tomato soup, bolognese, mushroom ravioli & fries.
Tomato soup was really watery and lacking of flavour. Had to wait pretty long for the soup because I think they forgot, although we were the only customers there..
Other 2 dishes were just okay nothing special.
Neutral User: Food is okish here, nothing impressed, very expensive drinking water.
The restaurant is located at the place where they serve Akyra hotel’s breakfast, so it’s a little small and don’t expect it to look like a fancy italian restaurant.
Neutral User: Relaxing, spacious and nice ambience for friends, couples or business. The restaurant and parking can accommodate large group like 8–20 people. Squid ink pasta and Fettuccini with Italian sausage are more tasty. There are choices of wine, alcohol or refreshment.

Negative User: I didn’t try the food …the water’s bottle are very expensive …most of the food are with wine.

Negative User: I don’t even know how to start with this. It is one of the worst service experiences especially in a nice-looking place (I guess I was wrong trusting these reviews before coming to this place).
First, I have made the reservation for my special person through the phone and received the information that I was able to drink alcohol so I reserved for 9 people. The next day we all checked in and came with the alcohol and they refused to serve due to the restriction. The reservation lady should be more clear about talking to the guests before letting them reserve and buy all the alcohol. I am not impressed with all these tricky words up-selling the place and trying to compromise it afterwards. I could have canceled and walked away but I was kind enough to sit down as I only saw it was only us in the restaurant.
Second, the service and food. I did NOT enjoy all the food. The Cacio E Pepe was awful. The pecorino was cheap and I barely taste the pepper. The Pollo was dry and hard to bite. I stopped and ate only the salad, cheese, and cold cuts (I mean you can not really screw that up). Meanwhile the service, there was one staff who kept yelling at us while she was serving all the food and mentioned the word ” Pay attention, I’m talking” that was way out of the line. I am not sure what she has been through in her life but she should not be doing any hospitality job if she is not happy with it or at least the manager and owner are supposed to teach her all that. There was also another staff who kept asking us “If we are finished with the plates and ready to take them away while we are still eating” I understand we were the only guests in there but by kept asking us every 5 minutes we all had the pressure that you were rushing us to finish and leave.
Last, we were not impressed with everything in there and wanted to leave. We asked for the check and the staff was stamping the car park ticket for us. When we were about to leave the building, the system was an error and charging us money. We had to call and ask them to come down. They said, they will refund it back to my friend’s car which it has been awhile and we still haven’t got it back. It seems not much, but it seems not fair to us for paying that either.
I am not writing this review out of anger but more like of disappointment to ruin my special person birthday and I do not want other people to experience the same as me
Yes, I definitely would NOT recommend my Thai, foreigner, friends and from elsewhere to come to try out this place.

We were only one table in there tbh just wait for everyone to gather tgt and the lady there keep asking us if we are ready to order eventho i said we will call
Later when the food came, i tried to understand that they wanted to give us a nice care service and we were chitchatting the waitress overthere keep asking “are we done with the food and if she can take the dish back :/??
The worst part was.. we gave the lady there to stamp the car park card, but at the end we had to pay 500bht for parking fee becoz the staff at the check out point said “there is no stamp record in the card” and the waitress insisted that she did and what i paid for could not refund it coz it wasnt her fault luckily, another car claimed for it before leaving so she came down to the chk out point and stamp it again said it was a mistake
