Negative User: ordered the wrong food And still let us pay extra money. Terrible service. Order beef rice bowl. To be grilled beef rice, an additional 50 baht. Ordered teriyaki chicken rice, seaweed salad, and green tea. Comes as seaweed salad + soup. What’s wrong? Both menus are blurred. I used to like it, now I have to change my mind. The less people, the more blur???????? Negative User: We were sat and left alone for a long time only for the staff to tell us that both my original and back-up dishes were sold out – along with many items. This could have been clarified ahead of time. When the food arrived, the rice was old and my side order of fried chicken was undercooked and frozen in the middle. The staff weren’t too happy when I pointed this out. However, they did replace the chicken. Shortly after my meal, my stomach started to ache and I had an upset stomach. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone unless they enjoy poor service and want to take a sick day from work. Avoid at all cost! Negative User: Press call for a long time, no one comes to take orders. Service doesn’t matter
