Positive User: Can’t recall the last time we were here but it is good to be back with new items in the menu. Most dim sums are still the Cantonese food style but there are a few twisted dishes, in a good way, though. We love all the food and desserts. Another good thing is there are several private rooms. Love it!
Positive User: Food is delicious, staff service is beyond expectaion. Smile, friendly and willing to help everytime I visit here.
Positive User: Peking duck and shrimp with cream salad are very delicious.
chinese restaurant in JW Marriott hotel. Peking duck is the best.
Four Stars
Positive User: Chef recommend menus are fantastic. Others are in standard range. Good atmosphere with great service;)
Positive User: This restaurant is in JW Marriott Bangkok. It was the 1st JW Marriott in the world that I knew of that didn’t offer valet parking. How did they expect me to pay THB 10k for dim sum and not park my car for me. I’m waiting for the GM to contact me back. Foods were good. Order Peking duck and beef gravy noodles and you would be in Cantonese Heaven!!
PS I heard from a friend that the owner of the property didn’t want to be bothered with valet parking. Mitt Romney, please check it out!!
Positive User: The food was average for Chinese food in the hotels. However, the service was so good theh were so thoroughly care for everything. The variety of food was excellent. All in all, this is the place that would not fail you for the hotel standard Chinese food.

Neutral User: Decent Chinese food.
Lotus root was a bit oily.
Other dishes were okay.
Very Good service.
Neutral User: Food was decent but expensive. Crispy Pork had nice crispy skin but was too fatty, 90% fat to 10% meat ratio. BBQ Pork Char Siu and peking duck were the best dishes of the night. Ordered a couple other dishes like deep fried prawn with wasabi and cream sauce and another deep fried crab leg with similar cream sauce and it was just soso. Desserts were tasty, steamed milk with ginger juice and sweet dumpling ball with sesame paste filling.
Neutral User: The Hong Kong-style refreshments are good. The appearance of the roast duck is ordinary. The salted egg yolk shrimp balls are small and tasteless. The salted egg yolk on the outside of the shrimp balls does not taste to the shrimp balls. The presentation is too thin, which makes people think that one plate is divided into two portions. The price/performance ratio is too high. Low.

Negative User: This Chinese restaurant has a slightly better environment and better service, but the Chinese food is really unauthentic and outrageous! The price is also on the high side. The service charge is 10% and tax is 7%. It would be fine if it tastes good, but it turns out that the taste is weird. It takes a lot of experience. The main Peking duck is also amazing! It is said that it is made of duck meat into another dish, which is completely a trap. There are no legs or wings at all🤣.
Negative User: The buffet price is not worth it, 988+.
The menu is not wow, not very impressive.
Negative User: I really wanted to like this restaurant. The photos online looked great. Unfortunately, this restaurant fails. They missed the basics of basics. Food must be hot if it’s not meant to be a cold dish like a salad, charcuterie, gazpacho, etc.
When a customer orders tea, it cannot be cold when it comes out! The tea was left sitting outside in a pot for who knows how long. The food came out lukewarm to cold.
There was another customer who ordered a whole spread of expensive dishes and was also pissed about the food and the fact that they were doing light maintenance next to him with all the food he ordered.
In total the bill came out to $78 USD. For the cold food, not worth it.
One Star
Negative User: please share
1. The food is very slow, even though the customers are not full, about 60%
2. Book a meal package for 6 people from hungryhub 4880 baht for 6 people. But when the soup comes to serve Serve only 3 places Even though it should come 6 places
3. If coming to eat, it is better to book as a dim sum buffet because the staff will serve more dim sum customers.
4. 1 hour and a half, food comes out only 4 times.
5. Overall, it’s really bad. slow service slow food There are a lot of employees, but they are not efficient at all.
6. The crowd is not that big but the food is extremely slow.
Negative User: Extremely disappointed called several days in advance to reserve a table. Spoke to a man confirming there is no need to reserve despite wanting to do so. We arrived on the day specified and we’re greeted with a woman saying no tables and it’s been fully booked and you have to reserve two weeks in advanced. After a battle to find a parking in their terrible parking building this was just to much so here is the one star for wasting an hour of my day and terrible reservation management.
Negative User: Do not go there! The price is very unreasonable. Be wary of menus that charge by weight. Charged for 5,000 per piece of grouper, so rip off, I got goosebumps.
