  • Positive User: Delicious and worth waiting in line for. The atmosphere is like eating in Japan.

  • Positive User: Best Japanese restaurant I’ve been to. Definitely going back

  • Positive User: Imported pork set, very soft and delicious.

  • Positive User: One of the best tonkatsu in bangkok. I ordered a combo of pork, prawn and salmon Katsu set. Each set comes with refillable rice, salad cabbage and miso soup. My set also has two sides, potato salad and egg salad. I also added curry sauce to be used as dip and pairs perfectly with rice. The katsu are fried skilfully, crispy on the outside, airy as you bite into it and the pork is still juicy. The prawn was huge, firm texture with thin batter. The only downside to this place is the interior exhaust needs to be improved because the smell of oil lingers on the cloths after visit.

  • Positive User: Fried pork is the best. Crispy and juicy in one bite. That’s really good taste of original Tonkatsu of japan.❤️ Deduct 1 star for rice, I think is not perfect cooking, not like the Japan rice. Not sticky and not shiny. 😋

  • Positive User: One of the oldest tonkatsu place in Bangkok, I’ve been here since highschool. The menu here mostly stay the same with the highlights being Rosu katsu (pork roast) having 2 sizes, medium and large. They have perfect the texture of the katsu, with the crispy outside and succulent pork inside. Another highlights include hamburg steaks, kimchi nabe, miso katsu, and steamed pork. Would totally recommend for a well priced and filling meal. Lastly, the rice and miso soup could be refill once per person.

  • Negative User: Was convinced to come here because of the Google reviews, waited for some couple minutes to get our queue. At the moment we stepped in the restaurant a stale smell is really evident, which quite lost my appetite. Menu is in bad condition & place is quite dusty. The place is secluded but still has flies inside. Food is not impressive. I’d rather get better experience, place, food and atmosphere in some other tonkatsu place. Would not recommend this place. 👎🏻👎🏻

  • Negative User: The 2nd floor smell so weird like moisture and humid. The food is just ok. Not that good as u saw in many of this restaurant review. The curry is not really right. Taste like instant curry. At this price around this area there are many good curry. The yuzu ice cream is just taste like cheap vitamin C crush with ice. For this range of price i expect better.

  • Negative User: Bad service, low quality, over price.

  • Negative User: Just pure horrible experience here Stopped here for a lunch and quickly regretted the decision. Firstly, the service was horrible. The waitresses were real rude and passive-aggressive. They would cut you off before finish the question and answer irrelevant nonsense. Secondly, the food was below mediocre. The rice was mushy and too overcooked that it became a paste when scooped up. Also, my friend doesn’t eat pork so he ordered chicken curry but they use the same curry WITH PORK on that dish anyway. Please note that it’s not written anywhere on the menu (in Thai language) that it contains pork. All in all, not worth the high prices they charge.

  • Negative User: Not delicious. Over-fried tonkatsu, shriveled cabbage, instant miso soup, and bulldog sauce. The clerk is just standing there. Everything is Thai quality and not for Japanese.
