Neutral User: Our third visit and probably our last visit at this place. Our first dine out eversince Covid19 lock down and it was quite an un-organized system. Some staff are nice and some can’t prioritize their jobs. We had desserts after the meal and ended up poking my gum with hard sharp plastic piece that was somehow contaminated inside the dessert. The restaurant immediately took our dessert away right when we inform them and left us clueless for almost 5 mins. Some of the staff looked at us strangely as if we did smth wrong. Right when they spot us taking the photo, they started to apologize. Uncomfortably, we called for bill and later learnt that they gave us the no charge for desserts. That should balance out the accident (swollen gum) and the potential cross contamination of the virus from the broken piece of the package inside the food. Neutral User: Good sashimi and sushi Neutral User: Decent Japanese food. Service is not up to my standard and its price point.

Negative User: The food is delicious, but it’s late and the price is quite high. Negative User: Otoro wasn’t the quality I’m used to but the other food was fine. Maybe in Thailand they cut it different because it was really chewy. Squid and crab both great. Negative User: Fried salmon skin is very sticky, full of oil and oil. Employees are not active. What do you want to call two or three times? Check the bill several times before coming. The female waitress frowned and spoke curtly as if unwilling to serve customers. come to eat many times This time was not the most impressive.

Negative User: Sushi badly made, crumbles easily at a light touch, “signature” sushi dish that’s a salmon and eel fusion is very bland and unappetizing, the salmon and eel both cancel the taste of one another leaving only staleness in the mouth, and passive-aggressive behavior from multiple staff members who will glare at you for a microsecond when asking questions. Tempura is also very uncrunchy, avoid this restaurant. Negative User: The worst is Mr. Tak. Black suit. Not sure if it’s the store manager or not. Come offer a cash coupon. But we don’t care because the store already has a promotion. When checking the bill, it came out that he was not satisfied with our table. What’s with that hard, annoyed voice? We will probably come to eat this only once. I feel sorry for the other employees who work hard. – Thank you to the red shirt employees and chefs who smiled and welcomed us. Negative User: The price is more expensive than the quality of the food.
