Positive User: Nice food and test.
Positive User: Great place to sit down and refuel from walking around in this mall. The service is attentive and the food has decent quality. The hot green tea has unlimited refills and I would say the portion sizes are decent considering Japanese cuisine usually runs small. The quality of the food isn’t like in Japan but not bad for a Thailand remake. I recommend this place for anyone who is missing their hole in the wall, after work, easy to eat restaurant in their country.

There are not many people in this branch. The queue is not long. If you like quietness, I recommend this branch.
Zen shop will have various promotions. Constantly changing, in December there is a salmon cake promotion, the price is very affordable, tangible, starting at 590.
But today the raw fish is not fresh 😭😢😥 a bit disappointed

Negative User: There aren’t many customers. Waited a long time to get food

Negative User: It is a very shocking thing. Because I have always been a zen customer because I am confident in the quality.
But this branch should be greatly improved.
1. Enter the restaurant. The food ordering system has a problem. But the staff didn’t inform the customer.
(Can’t order food as ordered. Sitting and waiting for a long time.)
2. Salmon, not fresh (I haven’t seen it in other branches), sliced sashimi very thinly. I don’t know where to go
Dishes served are very bad (need to improve)
3. Cold noodles, lots of noodles It will give you fullness in one dish.
4. Pickled shrimp, very dry and hard. Not sure if pickled or dried.
5. Chuchi: It’s messy. You should ask the chef to study. At other branches, it’s new.
6. Employees are not enthusiasm with customers. Even though when entering there was only one table
(Summary of all this I didn’t intend to hurt the image of asking for zen in any way because I still believe that zen is a standard shop. that should be recommended to ever but really want this branch to improve)

Negative User: I normally come to eat delicious food. Today I waited almost an hour for the food to arrive. The staff came and served another dish. I asked if the food was complete. I told them there were still 2 dishes left. I asked what was there. (Why I don’t know) Then another 5 minutes later, another person walked in and said all of this. I told you I didn’t order this one. I walked back and said I would hurry and make improvements immediately.
