Neutral User: The shop is spacious, with few people, so you can comfortably sit far away from each other. Ok service, ask for refillable water, don’t have to wait long. Food prices are not expensive. Tonkatsu rice promotion + minced pork basil + onsen egg, soup, refill water 239 baht Ordinary food taste Pork with basil tastes like what you would eat at an a la carte restaurant. When put together into a combo, it’s quite difficult to eat. The flavors clash, causing the tonkatsu flavor to fade. The pork tonkatsu was quite thin. The sauce is a little sour. It’s not like the Katsuya restaurant in Japan. Neutral User: delicious gyoza The set menu bought including drinks is not worth it. Drinks must be purchased separately for unlimited water refills. Neutral User: There aren’t many people eating at this branch. Most of the time there are only 2~3 tables. You can sit comfortably. The waiting time is normal. Not slow, not fast. Since the COVID19 outbreak, people seem to be ordering through apps. I’d rather go home and eat. The menu follows the same general standards as other branches. If you sit and eat before ordering food It is recommended to look at the promotion card at the table first. Because some promotions require you to inform the employee of your rights when ordering, such as discounts from credit card points. If you don’t want to lose your rights, don’t forget. If paying with a JCB credit card, there is an immediate 10% discount. No need to redeem the right to use it when paying for food. This promotion is until 31 December 2021 😀 I’d like to criticize the Pepsi drink. At this branch, it’s just sweet and not spicy at all. Probably the mixture ratio was set incorrectly 😑

Negative User: This branch discriminate against foreigners. Everytime I go, staff tell me only have refill drink for 45 baht. Every Thai around me order regular size soft drink and staff bring them regular soft drink, but farang get big glass/ice refill for 45baht even when I want only regular size drink. Negative User: Order taking staff don’t care about customers. They sit for half an hour and haven’t taken orders yet. The service is very slow, very bad, eyes and ears are not fast. There is a face to tell people to come later first. Do you put your eyes in the middle of the eye? I want to say it out loud, but no more. Negative User: Just stand and look at the menu, haha.
