Positive User: I went on Tuesday which is Tapas night, first time here. I would have given 5 stars except the tapas were terrible – tasted like they were left on the table for couple of hours.
Environment:
Probably the best part. The restaurant itself is lovely, mixture of indoor and outdoors. I’d recommend the second floor outdoor seating if you have a large group. If you like to be surrounded by people, first floor outdoors. Indoor is more quiet.
Food:
– tapas were bad
– ala carte menu was good. Roast chicken was crispy and juicy. Roasted veggies were overbooked. Bacon aglio olio was tasty.
– wine was good. Cocktails and mock tails way too sweet
Service:
– other than the female receptionist at the front who was great, the staff seem quite disinterested in service. Then again they recommended tables in weird areas and I had to request my own after looking around.
Price
– pricey. For what it offers, probably overpaying by 20-30%.

Neutral User: Food is ok. There is option of buffet breakfast.
Most seating are in open-air area. The indoor seating with air condition is quite tight and noisy.
Could be a good spot to hangaround with friend during weekend.
But for us, overall, it does not quite meet our preference.
Neutral User: Cheese&Cold cuts are awesome. Other dishes are fine too. But everything’s so loud with so many people, even can’t talk to your friends haha

Negative User: Worst than before. Went to dine in with 7 persons 3 of us got sick and 1 got diarrhea, suspected to be from the seafoods platter. The foods is clearly not fresh and clean. Propane due to a lot of tables, however I don’t think it should be a reason to be carelessly not hold to the standards. We also ordered the Burrata Salad which came with 5 pieces of lettuce. Although we want to ask more only for the vegetables however the waitress said that they will take the order but going to charge 50% price which is 550baht only for few pieces of vegetables. However we talked to the manager which at the end manage to give us the bowl of salad.
We make a reservation for 6 people however we came in 7 so we would like to ask for the extra table because the table that we reserved is actually for a size of 4 pax which is very uncomfortable. However when we asked the waitress insisted that they cannot give us the extra table because it was under reserved. However after awhile we dined I asked again that whether we can have the extra table or not still insist of not given but that is almost at the times that they going to have last order which I don’t think that the table were under reserved anymore but on the other had lacking for a service mind from the waitress and totally not as good as before. The place that we sat is very smelly it keep sending the fried fishy smell continuously.
I introduced this place to all of my friends and they totally have a worst dining experiences. I felt very disappointed because this is some kind of lower standard in every objective that could possibly be for such a pricey restaurant. We ended up paying around ~10k.
I don’t think we will ever go back to this place. Bad experiences.
Negative User: The worse service ever!
I do understand when you like some cold cut and reasonable wine then this is the place. Other than that, food sucks, over-priced, over-rated and service is horrible. You are too popular so probably you don’t care much about my review but i hope one day you will pay attention more to your food and your service. Because the prices we pay just same as other nice restaurants in town and they offer so much more, so we deserve better than that.
Negative User: My go to for easy eat and drink in BKK. Don’t order the xmas menu burger tho. Not the best thing they offer.

I’ve been a regular at this place for years. In dec 2020 I went there at least 10 times my friend called me out. But my last visit was a disappoinment. The beef was so tough we couldn’t chew. They were six of us and we couldn’t finish that steaks. We told 3 waiters including one that claimed to be a manager. None offered help just said would recook. Then it got even tougher. The way they explained to us was it the type of beef and looked down at us like we didn’t know anything about “farang food”. Oh deer. So I think I will just find a new place to spend my nights then. Bye.
