Positive User: Definitely the best Indian food in Bangkok. .being a Indian this place is heaven and very reasonably priced. ..The food is finger licking good and the place is overall very hygienic with great staffs that have the knowledge of all the food on the menu. Definitely a must visit when in Bangkok. Positive User: It was a treat to have food at the restaurant as after lots of day in Thailand we got real Indian taste. Punjabi food was awesome and up to our expectations. Restaurant staff was very supportive and also helped us find a meter taxi to our hotel which was nearby. Positive User: Indian Essence Art is located off the busy street market area on Sukhumvit. The restaurant is a comfortable place, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is excellent and the servings were a good size. There is a good range of curries on the menu, so if you want a meal with a bit of heat, Indian Essence Art is a good place to go.

Positive User: Really great tasty Indian food, probably some of the best you can get in Bangkok. Freshly cooked in a kitchen behind glass so you can check on the process. The food service is let down by fumbling service, and despite us being the only guests an early afternoon they forgot one dish, which still showed up on the bill. It was quickly deleted, but no real excuse. On a second visit almost a year later, service was still shaky, and the food had a bit less enthusiasm. Still recommended.

Negative User: On October 13, 2022 my date & I stopped here for lunch. I’d just gotten seated when an young Indian fellow (who worked there) came up & began speaking to us. His English was so poor I could not follow what he was saying, except that we had to leave. I have no idea what was going on — we had arrived at 11am & the place should have been open for an hour. I’m doing this post as a warning. There is a serious communication problem here & you may not enjoy being escorted back out to the sidewalk for no discernable reason. Negative User: The food was extremely spicy and not very flavorful. We ordered crispy chilly baby corn and veg seekh kabab for appetizers which were both numbingly spicy to the point where we couldn’t really taste the flavors (we have very good spice tolerance btw). It also upset my stomach the day after and ruined my vacation. Dal makhni and naan were decent but the aloo gobi was pretty bland. Given the steep prices and mediocre quality of food, I would recommend avoiding this place and going to the nearby Indian restaurants instead. Negative User: Blatantly full of fake reviews. Not a single reviewer with over 5 reviews in the previous 50 feedback. 0ver 90% of them are 1-2 reviews each and they leave feedback for both Indian restaurants of the same name. This is easy to check and a simple fact. Please don’t try to mislead customers by using these dodgy tactics to get an unfair advantage over your competition. Your potential customers want to know the truth about where they are eating. I have followed this feedback up with an email to you also.
