Positive User: One of my favorite traditional Thai Food Restaurants. A must visit for me in Bangkok. Good food and cosy atmosphere. Btw .. steam fish is especially fresh.
Positive User: Stumbled onto this restaurant purely by chance, given the widely available food options in the mall. Just by glancing through the pages of the menu, I am certain that I will be treated to the experience of authentic Thai cuisine here.
Ordered the chicken feet salad, glass noodle with prawns, coconut chicken soup (small) and mango with ice cream (not pictured).
The chicken feet salad reminded me of home, which is something we would often opt to pair with chicken rice. The chicken feet were well marinated – sweet, tangy and with a little spicy kick to it. Crunchy and springy, it was a joy to eat.
The glass noodles with prawns was scrumptuous and flavourful! However I do agree with some of the reviews here that the prawns are not the freshest. They are probably using the frozen variety which were not properly defrosted prior to frying. The flesh of the prawn clinged to the shell and crumbled as you peeled them (hence one star had to be deducted here).
The coconut chicken soup was heavenly. It tasted exactly like how it looked. So full of body ,oomph and wholesome goodness, this should be the Thai version of the chicken soup for the soul!
Sadly though, I had an unexpected guest which joined my for my meal uninvited. A tiny cockroach strolled right up to my plate and then scurried quicky to the side of the table. Off putting yes and I kinda freaked a bit, big brawling guy…I make no apologies for that (thus a point deducted for atmosphere).
A female staff swiftly came to my rescue and her choice of weapon was a napkin, trapping and crushing the gate crasher to kingdom come. Nightmare was gone as soon as it appeared…
Feeling the need to compensate and to coddle my bruised ego…I ordered the mango with ice cream. When served, I had assumed the ice cream was the regular vanilla, all white, pure and untainted. But boy was I in for a surprise in a great way. It was actually coconut and it has bits of coconut flesh in it. Paired awesomely well with the sweet mango, it felt like I’ve travelled the whole of Thailand when they came together in my mouth.
I left the restaurant sated and feeling blissful. The staff were ultimately the MVPs, attentive, polite and earnest.
I WILL RETURN!!!
Positive User: Still my favourite place to have authentic Thai cuisine. They moved from Siam Square to MBK yet I still went back to Siam Square to look for them. Highly recommended

Positive User: Went there with my daughter. Ordered the sea bass fish with lime, crab meat with curry powder and honey glazed pork. The restaurant is easily located from the walkway to mbk. Not impressed with the crab meat. Not as savoury from what I have tried in other restaurant. the seabass with lime and lemon grass is better option. The pork tasted ok. No wow factor.
Positive User: Came here twice because is quite authentic and the price is fair. Didn’t take the 2nd round which had a bigger group and more variety. Wasn’t expecting pineapple fried rice with Chinese pork sausage and frankly it tasted weird in my opinion.. maybe others find it great… vegetarian spring roll is not bad either. The 2nd time I came we tried something else like fish cake, Tom yum soup, stir friend cabbage and pandan chicken chicken. The taste is great.
Positive User: Their coconut ice cream is milky.

Negative User: A bit disappointed with this one after high expectations. Food average. Wife ordered a glass of house wine… 220baht and glass was small and only contained 100ml. Restaurant serving sizes should be 125-150ml!! Staff quite rude when questionIng the serving size! Service charge of 10% and charged for ice… been in Thailand almost 3 weeks and first time we have been charged 20baht for ice per person! If you want a better Thai food experience go across the courtyard to Inter.
Negative User: very bad experience with this resturant with the waitress giving alot of attitude.. i have request for children bowl which the waitress say dont have and shout after back face us.. asking for change of table because the dishes too much which cannot fit in the table..attitude comes again..
Negative User: The tom yum was extremely salty and we had to ask for some sugar to balance its taste. The manager brought us the sugar, then stared at us in a strange way when we poured the sugar in and asked: “Your recipe?”. That was straight up the most insulting experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Afterwards, he still kept looking at our table oddly every time he walked across our sight.
I’m not sure how a restaurant manager can be that disrespectful to his customers (other waitresses were fine). And by the way, they did charge 10% fee for such kind of service.
