Positive User: The service is great with all the servers very attentive to our every need. We tried the Soft shell crab salt and pepper, as well as pomelo salad and fish. All were exceptionally good and very tasty. If you want authentic Thai food while visiting Bangkok, this is the place to go to.

I was lucky to find a delicious Thai restaurant next to the hotel. Although they had an English menu, I preferred to order by looking at pictures. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get✓

Neutral User: Very good atmosphere, good service, average food taste. The price is quite high.
Neutral User: Real nice looking place. You know it’s expensive as soon as you step in. It’s a glamorize Thai restaurant. You can get same food for fraction of price somewhere else. It’s supposed to be set up for foreigners for that kind of place however 8 out of 10 servers can’t speak proper English. You need to find the special uniform managerial staff if you want someone to understand your request in English. Leaving me a little confused. Food is decent and good looking.
Neutral User: It wasn’t the best experience. With the prices I hoped to find something special. Service was not that friendly. I came in alone, and the staff then just left me there at the front desk. I was hoping for some explanation, at least. Other staff finally took me to my table. I ordered 2 types of meals, then waited for way too long for my veggies to come. I wanted to eat my squid and veggies and rice all together, but then, while waiting for the veggies, my other food went cold. I had to cancel it because it was over 30 mins of waiting for a stir-fry. Nothing special for the food and atmosphere for the price they offered.

Negative User: I don’t know who gave all these good review but my experience was not worth of try or price. Seafood dish was not worth $100-120, and gave me stomachache. Tomyum was extremely salty and cold, I thought it was left over from other tables. There was single shrimp in the tomyum. Fried rice was the best dish they had. Pad thai was not spicy as I requested. They made me very uncomfortable watch me eat and rush me to finish.
Negative User: Remember that restaurant in your hometown that gives you absolutely no service when you don’t order their overpriced food? This is the one in Bangkok!
We sat down, no one gave us any service. Asked what they recommend they flip to that one page on their menu that’s all seafood and almost 5,000 baht for a crab. We have a guest who couldn’t take lunch seafood so we didn’t go for it. He immediately left and left us with the menu. Saying whatever has a picture is good. The menu is another impossible scene. It’s thicker than a phone book and pictures only have Thai names. You need flip the pages back and forth to find the corresponding English translation. If you want to come to Bangkok and have a unforgettably bad experience, go ahead.
Negative User: I went today for dinner with my family to baan kanitha i must say I was totally disappointed with the food and service. We order quite a few dishes, the soft shell crab was oily and absolutely tastless, thai curry was sweet and ingredients like kafir lime leaves, ginger lemon grass were missing restaurant ran out of mushrooms which I found ridiculous. I ordered pandan chicken again over sweet. Coconut icecream had corn inside and it was totally insipid. Overall a disappointing experience. I would not go back there again. They served us 4 – 5 portions of rice which we didnt order but restaurant served us with appetisers and charged us for the appetisers. Over priced and not worth the money.
