  • Positive User: Train themed restaurant, which is part of the Sri Trat group. Quick bite for lunch; food and cocktail drink do not disappoint.

  • Positive User: The upscale train car aesthetic is beautiful and cozy. There are attentive servers on each floor and the food arrives quickly. The soft shell crab with green mango salad was phenomenal. The railway fried rice was interesting but was sweeter than we were expecting. The coconut milk curry with crab meat was very light with a delicate yet fragrant coconut taste. We appreciated the amount of crab meat included. It is on the slightly pricier side but is also understandable given the Bib Gourmand award.

  • Positive User: Looks like a quaint shop in the middle of a busy street, this eatery has 3 floors of seating space and serves delicious Thai food. We ordered a couple of dishes to share, and all the dishes tasted pretty good. It wasn’t superb per say, but the flavours were decent. Interestingly, the restaurant doesn’t serve traditional Thai dishes like Pad Thai. Noodle dishes were also pretty rare on the menu. A couple of interesting fried rice dishes though. Overall a good find, but there could be better options!

  • Neutral User: The wait staff is friendly. We ordered a stir fry and a curry, but were a bit underwhelmed, the curry lacked cohesion. The cocktails were nice but my old fashioned was 90% ice. You will need a started as a main alone is not enough. As whole its a bit overpriced.

  • Neutral User: Food is nicely presented but it lacks of flavour. The sweet chilli sea bass is over fried. The red curry pork lacks of flavours as well. The other two dishes are ok. I would go back for the fried skate.

  • Neutral User: The place itself is beautifully designed and the location is quite good, but I expected more from the food – especially the appetisers. Also, the table next to us was extremely loud and the AC was so high we literally had to leave early seeking warmth.

  • Negative User: Overall, extremely slow and unprofessional service. Drinks (water, coke and spirit) service took very long which we had to remind the staff for our drinks. Ordered 4 a la carte menu for sharing. We had to finish one menu then wait again for another menu x 4 and we did not ask for a course dining. The pork shoulder took about 40 mins which we had to remind the staff about it. The biggest issue we had was with coriander. After ordering all the menus, we asked all the corianders to be removed if theres any on our food. The staff informed us that there are no corianders in our menu. We received the menu one by one and the pork skewer had chopped green leaf garnish on it which obviously looked very much like coriander. We called the staff back and double checked if its not coriander and she insisted its not. I tasted a small bit of it as my friend was allergic to it and it obviously was coriander. I asked the staff if they could remove it. The staff started knocking down the skewer on the plate dropping all garnish from it except the coriander. I lost words to say and just asked the staff to leave it. We had to take off all corianders one by one by ourself. I think a professional way to do it is to bring it back to the kitchen. Next up was a grilled tiger prawn which we immediately noticed the green sauce on top of all prawns that contained coriander. As the previous staff did not understand or handle the problem properly, we asked to speak to a manager. The prawns were then took back to the kitchen and cooked again. It was just one exhausting dinner service we had which completely ruined our night out. I’ve been to the restaurant few times before and visited again as the food was quite ok but not likely to come back again to treat someone important.

  • Negative User: overpriced uninspired tourist spot. lots of phony reviews here…

  • Negative User: The food is good (good = good, not very good). The taste is delicious enough. Deserving of the 5-star price, but I have to admit that the management is not impressive at all. Employees from the manager level to the operational level all speak politely. But the voice was not listenable at all. Both are curt and show signs of dissatisfaction with the service. Not worth the price of Thai food that is set with +Service Charge 10% and +Tax 7% at all. P.S. I would like to give 3 stars because the food tastes good and the restaurant is beautiful. But when I realized that I had to pay a Service Charge for unimpressive service, I would like to downgrade the stars. The staffs has shown good manner with polite words but it’s not called “SERVICE MIND” at all.

  • Negative User: Very expensive price , not value for money. You got ripped off there

  • Negative User: This was definitely the worst meal I had in Bangkok. I had the rawang curry. They served a bowl full of tofu and raw ginger. I am not exaggerating that there was a half cup of raw ginger slices in the curry. It was horrible. The meal was 700 baht for one beer and the curry. I had a better meal for 50. They offered a discount to leave a 5 star review, so don’t trust the other reviews. I cannot stress enough how terrible the entire experience was. I was seated at the bar without being given an option for a table. Every bar stool did not sit evenly on the ground, so I was rocking back and forth. There was a screaming baby running around the restaurant. No one asked me.how the meal was, if they had, I would have sent it back. But most of all, the food was HORRIBLE.

  • Negative User: The food was good but was very disappointed by the service. We were sitting outside and I had to go in time to time when I needed something and the most annoying part was that they didn’t even tell us when the last order was. Again! I had to go inside then I found out that the kitchen and the bar were already closed! I just thought a restaurant with a service charge should have a better quality of service.
