Negative User: We had a meeting to eat with friends we hadn’t seen in a long time. So I chose this restaurant because I had eaten there before. The taste was good and the atmosphere was good (even though I waited a bit too long).
But this time, the atmosphere and feeling were very bad. Many reviews must have already been written. We still want to share more of our experiences.
It starts with us calling to reserve a table according to the normal process and informing of the order in advance through the shop’s LINE OA and the shop has responded to confirm the order.
When the appointment time arrived, my friend went earlier than the reserved time. But the shop already has tables with name signs on them. So our friend went to sit and wait and ordered more food than what we had ordered in advance.
After about 30 minutes, there was no food served. Even one dish Until we arrived, we told the staff that the food that we had ordered in advance could be served. After 1 hour had passed, which is a very long time (at that time, we were calm and understood that the restaurant was crowded), so we called the staff. Ask about advance orders being served. It turned out that we were in shock!! with the staff’s answer a lot That our table didn’t have an order for even one dish to go to the kitchen. We were like, huh? And before that, we informed you 1 hour ago. If there weren’t any, why didn’t you come and tell us? Finally, the employee asked us to notify all new orders. Then he said he would hurry and do it. In conclusion, we and our friends waited for food for 2 hours and felt really bad. Why order in advance like this????
Not including other services. We went with 7 people, 6 sets of plates were given to us even though the sign said 7 people. We asked for about 3 rounds of missing plates to get them. When we ran out of ice in the bucket, we asked for 2 more rounds. You will get it, not including the time of calculating the money. We informed that we would like to charge the money. We waited 15 minutes and no bill came, so we walked to the counter. The employee said that we still haven’t received a bill at our table. Oh my god!! Two employees came to confirm the bill request at our table, 2 times, but they said we didn’t ask for a bill. Confused!!
This round is very good. My friends were disappointed because I waited so long for the food that I didn’t want to eat it anymore. The food tastes delicious. But because I waited too long, it was okay.
I feel very bad. It’s like I’m asking for free food. Sigh.
Negative User: Food – super slow at serving the food, 1+ hour of waiting time, the taste is not that great either
Bad service – staff doesn’t care about customers, avoiding when calling, no response when questioning
Atmosphere – the space is pretty tight
Overall – not recommended, quite pricey, not worth waiting time
Negative User: Delicious food (but not much, it’s a taste that you can cook yourself Don’t waste your time waiting.)

Waited for a very long time, didn’t even serve water, had to ask for the staff.

Lost orders, lost food…
14:00 Cancel all remaining orders. check bill home
Very bad, I have warned you, but if you want to try, you can come.
But I probably won’t come again. waste of time It’s delicious to cook by yourself too.
