Positive User: One of the best Vegan restaurants 🥑 in Thailand, I ever tried. Natured vibe, Foods and drinks are detailed and delicious 🤤.
Positive User: Recommended by my boss who was recommended it by his wife… An excellent experience. Good vibe, nice creative deco. The great people experience started with the helpful security guard, and then the very capable, attentive, smiling and pleasant service staffs. The food had delicious taste accents and an awesome presentation. This was an amazing experience for me not being a vegetarian.
It is nice to see people trying to do nice things, and humbling to experience true passion.
I will definitely say: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Positive User: Food are tasty and fancy, a bit pricey but overall are okay.
If you prefer more chill and peaceful, just a friendly warning that the music kinda edm and loud beats.
The place quite cool, lots of light from the window and plants inside make it more green.
Positive User: Vegan Meatball Sub Calzone
Looks great, nice dough baked just right. Held up great for delivery, I recommend GRAB app.
Big enough for 2-3 people to share. I could only finish half by myself.
However, make sure you like lots of vegan cheese and big goey globs of it. I was a little disappointed with the meatballs, was more like a pork / chicken vibe going on with the color, texture and the flavor (all meatless of course).
Positive User: Vegan restaurant with beautiful decoration.
The entrance stairs are very beautiful.
We ordered the curry and burger which were delicious, and the pecan pie for dessert was wonderful.
The downside was the service: we ordered some cheese balls as a starter that we had to request twice and they arrived after the mains.
Still worth going, the food is very tasty and delicious.

Neutral User: I’m a big fan of Vistro since opening, been here often. Good part is the food creativity and taste. But price is a bit high.
This time was disappointing though. And I really want to give these feedback for you to improve because I love this restaurant.
The ISaan spaghetti was way tooooo spicy. I eat spicy food a lot but this was extreme. You should have extra chili sign for warning. I know you already have, but other dishes that has chili sign are not comparable to this one.
Waiter/waitress service need improvement and be more responsive. They look confused all the time I order anything. (Staff in the past were not that confusing).
Cashier should be more attentive. I knew that my credit card has discount promotion with Vistro. But when I paid with the card, I did’t get the discount. The cashier told me there was no discount because I did not ask for it. Well….not wrong but most restaurants would check if customer’s credit card has discount promotion and they deduct the discount right away. It’s just the norm/service mindset that the cashier/waiters here should learn to be better at their service.
Neutral User: The atmosphere is very beautiful! But honestly I was not please in the end. It was on the pricey side but worst of all the food did not taste so great. I haven’t had a calzone in such a long time so I was excited to order it and I did! It came with “meatball” inside along with cheese. I would have preferred it without the meatball. It tasted too much like store bought vegan food which I am not a fan of. I’ve been to other vegan places where they make the ingredients the day before or so and cook them right before serving. I also noticed the fridge towards the back where they sell this branded food which I’m sure they use in their dishes. I gave it 3 stars because if the atmosphere. Not the food. I also got a soup where they also put the branded meat. Way to ruin it. Will most likely not return (or for the least will ask without the branded meat)

Negative User: Reviewed after two visits.
Quaint decor; relaxing atmosphere and all-around nice vibe.
Menu offers numerous clever adaptions, albeit at varying levels of freshness and/or organic provenance. Value for money questionable, at best.
Service is challenged even during off-hours while management seems to be perpetually-preoccupied with administrative tasks rather than focusing on guest engagement.
In the unlikely scenario where Vistro survives its leasehold, a less proselytizing/arrogant management presence and a more concerted culinary effort is recommended.
Negative User: We went there for dinner and we thought regarding them reviews it would be a better experience but it wasn’t.
The service and location itself it’s nice but the room is very very cold, after 5 minutes you are freezing.
The food is quite expensive and then taste is nothing special – I would say the overall taste for my food was „flat“.
I had pasta and a smoothie after 2 things I wanted to order was not available.
So I cannot recommend that restaurant if you want good vegan food.
Negative User: Very small portions and quite expensive for what you get. Flavor wise, some dishes were great while others were very mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend going here

Negative User: Tricky pricing here whereby they charge a service fee and then add some mystery tax to the total for what are already overpriced dishes. So I ended up paying close to 500 for a main dish and a water. [Fix: Just add the ‘tax’ to the menu prices – not doing so is deceptive and you know it.]
As for the food, I was given a small portion of sad soggy noodles and some unappetising lumps of fake meat with an accompanying soup which tasted like warm water mixed with an instant noodle flavour sachet. All edible but quite unpleasant.
As always, it seems that putting some houseplants out and writing ‘plant-based’ literally everywhere allows places to overcharge for utterly sub-par muck.
Negative User: Terrible. Tasteless and expensive food.
I wonder how the overall ranking is so high here. Paid sponsorship, probably?

Negative User: male service worker speak impolitely yelling at customers Please update. Overall picture is ok. But the service of the male staff is very bad.
