Positive User: Rainy Sunday evening which probably was why there were fewer customers than usual. Orders are cooked to order, I waited about 10 minutes for my food to arrive. Glass noodles with 3 large prawns for ฿290 were fresh & plump. Well deserved Michelin Bib endorsement. 😋👍
Positive User: Had wanted to come to eat here since many years ago when I saw it on Thai TV channel that introduced this place. Finally came and verified how good it is. Even my kids says the food here is nice.
Must order is Crab clay pot and mussels. But a pity there is no running water to wash your hands and it can be messy to eat crab. So do bring wet tissue and sanitizer for some dry cleaning on your hands. Else u can use their only 2 buckets of water which one of them is full of limes.
Positive User: Just as good as it was before the Michelin recognition when I visited over 6 years ago. Prices have definitely gone up, the largest meat crab clay pot was 1200 and roe crab was 600. But, still cheap compared to anywhere else I’ve been to from recent memory in Asia.
Price aside, there is just something amazing with the crab and vermicelli in that magical sour+sweet+savory peppercorn sauce. It’s so finger licking good, worthy of a visit everytime I’m in Bangkok.
Get there early if you don’t want to risk not being able to order the larger meat crab!

Positive User: Flavorful and delicious! Recommended to try but do come early to avoid crowds as it does take a while to prepare after placing orders. Tip: bring a portable handheld fan!
Positive User: We have to wait around 1 hour but it is deserved, actually I dont like the sauce of glass noodles much, its delicious but not my favourite, anyway, I love crabs and prawns here, they are so fresh and yummy
Positive User: Street vendor serving up claypot crab tanghoon or pu ob woon sen. The moment it lands on your table, the fragrance from the white peppercorns,m and ginger which have been simmering under all that saucy crabby goodness smacks you in the face. Be prepared to use your hands because of all the crab shells you’re gonna have to crack through (gets a little tiring after awhile)
Overall good experience, but not something you’d eat everyday as it is a little pricey(also depends on the size and quantity of crabs ordered). Still worth a shot if you’re in the area or would like to have the thai-roadside-claypot experience. Go in the late afternoon to avoid the queues and wait as there’s only so many pots that can be cooked at once.

Neutral User: Be prepared to wait for 2 hours for your meal, the boss cooks 4 pots at a time only. Flavour was good, but not worth the 2 hours wait time.
Neutral User: The taste is good, the crab is very fresh, the meat is bouncy, but the wait is very long, too long, there are no other side dishes, there is no rice, the price is high but it’s worth it, parking is hard to find.

Negative User: The menu prices were 310, 350, and 1000 respectively. I originally wanted to order 1000, but he said there was a big one for 1300. I went to see how big it was, and I didn’t know it was that big. So he pointed to the other two boxes, and he said this The box with paste costs 600, and the one without paste costs 600 baht. In the end, I ordered 600 baht, which cost 2 pots, one for each pot. When serving, I saw the green onions were just put on top and baked, and there was no onion fragrance. , the vermicelli tastes soupy, the scales are very thin, and the scales have a fresh and sweet taste. The price is a bit expensive, but it is not the same as the menu price, and it feels a bit stupid.

Negative User: Feel like scammed after eating. Couldn’t get the order right. Won’t be here again.
Negative User: Wait a long time. If you go to eat, call to order in advance.
Negative User: I personally booked a table for me and my girlfriend for 7 p.m. in the afternoon.
When we got there at that time there was no table for us, we were told to wait an hour. Then I realized that the same thing happened to me 3 years ago. You cannot rely on the deadlines being met. In addition, we were treated very rudely and then just left.
