Positive User: I dined in twice at Roadhouse and each time the food, service, and drinks were top tier. The owner is super nice and accommodating, as well as his staff. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for American-style food. Enjoy!
Positive User: My wife and I ordered the platter for 2 and it was so much of food. We had to takeaway because we could not finish it. The taste was amazing, especially the brisket! One complaint : i wish i found this place sooner! Truly a gem and well worth the money.
Positive User: Perfect restaurant for a typical American BBQ-meal. We shared a half rack of ribs, brisket, coleslaw, cornbread, fries and union rings. All the food was delicious and of good quality. The service of the staff in this establishment is awesome. It’s great value for money. We could recommend this to everyone.

Positive User: Pretty decent variety on the lunch offerings. I opted for the 2 course pulled pork sandwich and the wedge salad. With the addition of a small basket of fries and a coke, the bill came in at north of 600 baht. This was inclusive of a obligatory 10% svc and 7% VAT. Kind of pricey for lunch. However, the restaurant is very nicely decorated and the portions are a fair size. I guess a bit of a splurge for authentic American BBQ.
Positive User: Typical standard American BBQ: ribs, brisket and pulled pork with its assortment of sides. Although a bit salty and too much sauce, it did hit the spot. The ambiance is old-fashion saloon style of barrel tables and wooden floors. I recommend the cole slaw.

Very authentic and tasty tender delicious meat. I will be returning soon.
The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the service was not that good. Staff turnover makes it difficult to have good wait staff, I understand that, and management is working to improve it. Don’t let that stop you from visiting this wonderful restaurant.

Neutral User: This restaurant used to be a very delicious restaurant for me. I always worked in the Silom area. But now the lunch menu has increased in price but decreased in both quantity and quality. Very disappointing.

We ordered ROASTED PARK RIBS (I expected the taste to be much better than I got and it also had less meat covering the big bones), FISH&CHIPS (ok).
PLACE:
The vibes inside are cool, feel like you are in a different place. / So smelly from smoke.
ETC:
For me, this place is good for grabbing some drinks with friends and enjoy some live sports on TV among these cool vibes!
Neutral User: Roadhouse was the OG for BBQ in Bangkok. Always pricey, but worth it. What’s happened? Visited last week. Wings barely had sauce, and when I asked for extra, they wanted to charge a silly high price for it. The IPA on tap was skunky, obviously a result of inadequately cleaned beer lines. The place is beautiful and the staff are lovely. I hope they will try to return their food and drinks to the high standard they used to be known for.

Negative User: a fast food-version of an American BBQ, probably coming straight from the fridge or the freezer.
Negative User: The service was really bad ! Unfriendly staff ! I ordered stake and Guinness pie the waitress told my in an annoyed fashion that I have to wait at least 30 min for the food. I was willing to wait till all of my friends food arrived and eaten, at this point I was waiting for 40 min. My wife asked the other staff to check for the pie and that when the first staff came in to tell me that the pie was unavailable. She started to apologize for forgetting to tell me that my food was unavailablr after 45 min has passed. I feel that just the apology was insufficient for such a bad treatment of customer. I think I will forget about Road house and never go back there again. It’s really too bad I have been a customer on and off for about 8 years I enjoyed the place but this time the staff really out done themselves. Let me be clear that if the waitress notified me after the order was placed that the Beef and Guinness pie was unavailable I would have been fine and moved on but I have to wait for 40 min before finding out that it was unavailable. I was hungry and disappointed.
Negative User: The restaurant is not bad, but the attention of the waiters is very bad and on top of that they charge you service charge… I won’t be back
