Positive User: Lively vibes and very friendly girls. I’m looking forward for the chicken wings though. The texture was good. Only the sauce around the chicken wings were too salty. I don’t know if they made it intentionally to pair with beers.
Positive User: Had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The food was on point! A much different experience compared to stateside. This is the way Hooters use to be back when I was younger, good times full of smiles and good vibes.

Positive User: Went during evening. The girls were dancing, everyone was cringing. Food tasted fine. Got a t-shirt they tried charging me 900baht , the real price is 399baht. Atmosphere was good, overall good time.

Mac and cheese was nice, portion probably for 2 but I had it all by myself 😋
Honestly, I didn’t expect such a friendly experience. I won’t spoil it, you need to try it yourself. Enjoy!
Positive User: The buffalo chicken sandwich I had tasted great. However, it was much smaller than I had thought it would be. The service was good. My beer glass was always full and the waitresses left you alone unless you wanted to talk. The drinks were much more expensive then most places in the area.

Neutral User: I would come to Hooters in Bangkok more often if there was more than one type of white wine. Not everyone likes Sauvignon Blanc!!
Neutral User: Food is definitely good & worth it. 3 star review as wait staff are generally not attentive to customer needs, need to wave a few times & walk to get their attention. In general, the service pales in comparison to the Hooters experience I have in SG.

I was very disappointed, it was served nicely but it was clear that the wings were not fresh made and were reheated in a microwave or other way before they were served, part of the wings were still cold.
The Hamburger that my wife ordered was good.

Negative User: Disappointing all-round. Food was over-salted though it was corrected after we raised the issue with the manager and she agreed it was not palatable. The service was great, though the staff did seem unenthusiastic and somewhat unhappy to be there. The atmosphere was lack-lustre, though our visit was evening mid-week. Staff were doing admin in the open, other patrons looked unenthused, paperwork was seen visible under the staircase, a TV wasn’t working and the music and mood overall was drab. They can do a lot to revive the brand by taking better care of their staff, building up an exciting culture and renewing the decor and amping up the music and verve of the bar staff. Big missed opportunity. I hope to see them do better should I make a return in future.

Negative User: The worst customer service ever. I got food to go, and even when I informed them of my food allergies in both English and Thai they still could not follow that. On top of this I have called them 5 times in a row and still they refuse to answer my call causing me to have to come back in person just to get my expensive food order to be correct and edible for me. This is the second time in a row that this has happened in a one week span. The first time I thought okey, maybe they got mistakes my order with another. Doesn’t seem to be that way. To top it off the chicken I ordered to share with my pals was also un edible for a whole other reason. The chicken was so soggy and crunchy from minor bones in it. What a joke!
Negative User: Very scary service. The manager shouted at us at 2320 and tell us to leave immediately. Plain abusive and ruin the nice night. Be wary.
