Positive User: Nice small burger place with American vibes. A lot of foreigners. Delicious burgers and tempting beers. The location is a bit meh tho. No parking.
Positive User: Even it’s around 1km from Aree BTS station, but still good for walking to this place. Jim is good for tap beer, 4-5 taps, and several Thai craft beer. Of course, this place is well-known for burgers, with around 20 type of burger and 4 type of bread of your choice! Really recommend for relaxing place around Aree area!
Positive User: Servings are very generous and all the burgers we ordered arrived stacked tall! Fries and onion rings that complement the set are good. The beer was a little lackluster but not ‘bad’.

Neutral User: It is a good place for a burger. Good meat and bun and concepts. 👍
But I have some issue with the place. We ordered french fries. We got the burgers first. We were waiting for the fries for 2 minutes then we started to eat because we didn’t wanted to eat cold burgers. We’ve almost finished the burgers when the ff arrived. 👎
Also I would prefer if they serve the burgers at the same time for everyone, but I rarely experience such quality of restaurant, whatever. But the french fries is part of my meal and I want to eat it with the burger and not as a separate food. 👎👎
Neutral User: The location is a bit of a walk from the metro and its down a quiet soi which I was surprised at. Service was fair but felt like I had to order as soon as I walked in so I felt a bit rushed.
Our classic burgers were good but I would have preferred fries instead of the 3 onion rings which were too oily IMO. We had the German wheat beers of 2 different varieties which were ok but we both had headaches from them- never had that before. They were not worth the price charged but like I said felt pressured to order right away without a chance to look at the menu properly. Overall, ok experience but just a bit out of the way to walk and over priced wheat beer. Also, the whole building is not completely airconditioned? Not sure why but when you leave the small room you are hit with a wall of heat.
Neutral User: Food here is good. Craft beer selection is good. The set back is the service. Staff makes a lot of mistakes with orders even in Thai language. The branch in Udomsuk is a lot better.

Negative User: Probably the worst burger I ever ate. Went with a friend, I ordered their signature beef burger and he ordered cheesy something burger. Mine was dry and flavorless with no vegetables at all (no lettuce, tomatoes or raw onions. His had some lettuce but was inedible (something real artificial tasting). Waffle fries were also bad and flavorless. The bill was well over 600 Baht (we didn’t drink any alcohol). After I finished mine (my friend only ate 1/3 of his) we both had a feeling that we didn’t have any real food.

Negative User: If you are not a foreigner I don’t recommend going or if you go, you should be in a good mood. And don’t order it as a special order. Employees can be stupid and scold. especially if you are impatient There will definitely be an issue with the staff in the store.

Negative User: Ordered Medium Rare but they gave me a medium instead. Ordered a beer, waited for 15mins was told they were changing tank and came back and told that they ran out of the beer that i ordered. Totally a waste of time, not up to its hype and there are many more better burger joint than this
