Positive User: Came here the first time many years ago, left Thailand and after moving back it was one of the first places that I went to go see again. Of all the places that have changed, started up and gone out of business, the Adhere is a kind of anchor of good music.
There are a hundred bars in BKK that will give you a mediocre dude with a guitar, only the Adhere will make you forget where you are and lose yourself in the music even for just a moment.
Positive User: Great place for music and atmosphere. Good cocktails and beer but we didn’t try the food.
Positive User: Found this place by accident on our first night in Bangkok and went back the second night we were there. First class blues bar, very very cool. Lovely owner. Didn’t try the food but others appeared to be enjoying it.
We will be back next time we visit Bangkok.

Positive User: Filled to the brim with tourists, drinks slightly overpriced (presumably because the cost of the musicians have been priced in – and the bar accepts just cash).
Good atmosphere, though best to come a little earlier than the start of a session (the later one started at 10pm) as you may not get seats otherwise.
Positive User: We came for a drink after our dinner. We drank 3 whiskey sours and a red wine for 700 baht. At 8:30 PM a good singer came to perform. The red wine was not tasty, the whiskey sours were. Service was not really friendly

Neutral User: A good place for chilling out. Music is so good if you love blues.
Restaurant is quite small. You might have to share table with other people.
Not much kind of beer. I prefer cocktail for this bar.
Not recomended french fried.

Last time I was there I couldn’t see the musicians as many people where just in front with their smartphone filming the band…. disgusted.
And the beer’s price is way too high.

Well, I was in the mood to chill at a jazz bar while staying in BKK, and after trying a couple of places, Adhere Bar was next on my list.
Let me tell you prior continue. Adhere is not a Jazz bar. but they do have a great vibe there.
I asked the bartender about their signature cocktails, but the answer was vague and unclear. They didn’t have Old Fashioned or Negroni that night, and the bartender suggested a Long Island Iced Tea instead. Not exactly what I was hoping for.
However, the musicians were absolutely spectacular. I had the pleasure of listening to a skilled fingerstyle guitarist and an amazing elder duo. Both of them really entertained the audience.
The service, on the other hand, was lacking. It seemed like the server didn’t quite understand their duties, as their only focus was taking orders and delivering the check.
Overall, the experience was pleasant mainly because of the fantastic music. However, the cocktail options and service could use some improvement. If you’re a music lover, it’s worth a visit for the performances, but don’t expect top-notch drinks or service.

Negative User: Compared to word of mouth, there’s not much to see, and the place is a bit inconvenient.
I didn’t receive good service, and the live performance was disappointing. I drank 2 beers and didn’t include tip, so I tried to pay only for alcohol and leave. That was an unpleasant reaction.
There is no obligation to tip, and I was disappointed, so I only paid for the drink, but I didn’t feel very good.
Negative User: I thought the reviews were good so I went alone on a Saturday evening, but perhaps because of word of mouth, the small hall was filled with half the tables occupied by Koreans rather than foreigners, so it felt like I was in a live bar in Korea. I went to get a local feel, but was very disappointed. Live doesn’t suit me well, so I sit for an hour and then go to Brick Bar. Iced coffee is delicious. The French fries and pork fries weren’t that great…the servers were friendly.
Negative User: I’ve been here 2-3 times and I like the atmosphere and food. But I just went here last night. I was not very impressed with the service of the staff, the band, they played whatever they wanted to play. Not following the customer’s wishes Not as fun as in the past and the service staff didn’t look welcoming to guests. If you ask me anything, I’ll make a face. No matter what you call or order, I don’t care. This is considered an issue that should be improved.

Negative User: Dishonest- unfortunately. The music was good, so it was disappointing when the bar tender and wait staff did the Bangkok swindle. We bought 2 drinks (320 baht total), gave the waiter 1000 baht. At first he didn’t return any change, then when prompted gave us change for 500 baht and insisted that was what we gave him. Um, no, we only brought one 1000 baht with us tonight, so no, there was mo mistake on our end about which type of bill we gave them. They swindled us. Such a bummer as I would have stayed to enjoy the music and most likely would have returned, but instead will warn others about their dishonesty. So sad.

And now more than 80 percent are Korean.
The atmosphere wasn’t like this before.
A lot has changed not so much – the employees are unfriendly too!!!!
I have visited many times before
