  • Positive User: Southern part foods in Bangkok with somehow reasonable prices depending what you ordered

  • Positive User: Southern style Thai food from this bistro is belong to Pathalung province. They serve more than 20 menu.

  • Positive User: The restaurant has a lot of foods and open even on Sunday. I ordered fish entrail curry and sour curry with taco stems, they are really spicy. If it’s less salty, it will be perfect. The spacr is fairly humid, small and old. Btw, on the way to the phanok piers, there are so much street foods on one side, you may eat less in Ruam Tai and grab other street foods.

  • Neutral User: On the whole this is a really good place with an exception. The amount of salt in the pork with stink beans, it was excessive to the point of being inedible, for my pallet anyway. The rest of the meal was excellent, the highlight for me pork and shrimp with stink beans and the dry beef curry, excellent flavour, seasoned perfectly. Now… this is a southern curry joint, the curries are strong and pungent. I have experience with Indo Malaysian curries and they reminded me a lot of these. This is a local joint, don’t expect perfect English or well even English, do expect superb local food vey reasonably priced. Also don’t be deceived by the small portions, it is very filling 3 plates of curry and 2 rice was way too much for 2 people, in fact we only had a couple of spoons from the salty pork and stink bean. Also if you don’t do spicy I would strongly recommend that you avoid this place as there is no option for Farang strength.

  • Neutral User: Food tastes good but a bit too spicy for m.e order a small fish and one vegetable cost 120baht. Not really worth the price

  • Neutral User: Truely local place that Thai will come for lunch, food will be very sweet

  • Negative User: Khet larb, not tasty, hard rice, expensive, ordered fish soup in a bag, got 2 pieces of fish, 2-3 more vegetables. With 2 bags of curry eggs, 2 bags for 180 baht, can’t stop eating It’s good that the owner speaks well and talks well, giving 2 stars.

  • Negative User: Southern food is delicious and clean.

  • Negative User: More expensive than the opposite shop Normally, I bought the shop across the street for over 10 years. Coincidentally, the shop was closed so I crossed the road to buy at this shop. Buy Yellow Curry and Stir-fried Sato with Curry Paste, total price is 140 baht. Easy thinking is 70 baht each. Usually buy yellow curry at the shop across the street for only 50 baht. It’s good that there is a project for half of each person to help.

  • Negative User: My personal opinion is not good.

  • Negative User: Very expensive, at least buy rice salad 60 baht, so-so taste, overall very expensive, less than

  • Negative User: Ordered stir-fried liang leaves with eggs. Stir-frying in any language found a lump of MSG at all. Why is it not delicious? You don’t have to sell it. Expensive, expensive, sucks.
