Neutral User: It’s not over yet… Neutral User: Bua Loi that is not Bua Loi As for the dough balls, the flavor is divided according to color. Green has a bitter green tea taste when biting into it. Purple has a milky taste. Yellow has a peanut flavor. Maybe other colors have no taste and are greasy. Personally, each ball of dough is almost as big as a standard daifuku. It has a smooth and soft texture. But because of the large size of the dough, the filling inside feels hollow and soft. It doesn’t have a soft and chewy feel like regular sized bua loy. As for the water, it’s like boiled fresh milk and slightly sweetened unsalted condensed milk, giving a very greasy feeling. For me, if I got a score for innovation, it would be 2 points. As for the taste score, for me it didn’t pass 0 points. Until I finished eating it, I had to force it so much it became greasy (I’ve never eaten anything without it being finished). Appearance: 1 point. Looks cute and delicious. It lacks the flavor of Bua Loy with a lot of coconut milk. Condensed milk is not a substitute for everything in the world. It makes everything feel greasy. Greasy milk + soft and greasy flour Bua Loi is deliciously made. Very few have ever encountered a homemade version. It’s so delicious.
