Positive User: Wine Connection Bistro locates on Ratchayothin area, besides Major Ratchayothin (The Avenue). The BTS Ratchayothin is inter-connected to this shopping centre.
The restaurant is spacious with nice vibe for enjoying some great food and wine. If you are a fan of fusion food, this place should do it. The Australian Rib Eye was wonderful here. The signature duck confit is also tender and juicy.
Attentive staff. A good place to hang out with your loved ones in every occasion.

Neutral User: Staff are friendly and polite but they just don’t seem to know how to solve basic restaurant issues. Restaurant has a queueing process but staff doesn’t seem to know/didn’t seem to communicate within their internal team and agree upon their queueing process. You ask a guy staff, you can expect a different answer from the girl staff. Food service was slow. Ordered a medium-well steak but got medium-rare. Garlic (that was served on the side with the steak) is completely raw and not edible. This is not the wine connection that I used to know
Neutral User: Can’t expect good food here. Waitress drop off one piece of small cheese on table, what he has done was bring tissue to keep that cheese, no replace dish, no replace cheese. Service can’t expect here either. Even though there is a variety of wine but quality just OK.
Neutral User: Sweet is nice, but food is not as nice as I expect. Onion soup is good, but roasted chicken with vegetables is tasteless and soggy. Tuna salad is ok, too.

Negative User: Ordinary food, critical service
Negative User: Went to eat on Wednesday the 22nd for dinner. Ordered two dishes. Total price is about 1,000 baht. Ask for mayonnaise. The employee gave me a small cup, about the size of the tip of a thumb. So I asked for more. The employee told me to charge more money. So I said no problem, I just thought of it. But I probably won’t go back to eat there again because I feel that the price of food and customer service are not related.
Negative User: Salami pizza smelt odd and made me sick

Negative User: Absolutely appalling. We arrived at 21.10 for a light supper and a glass of wine. We could not go in as they closed at 22.00. Tried to explain we would be gone by 21.50 but no joy. All other venues have been excellent but I would never go back to any now.
Negative User: It’s the first time that I regret this visit. It ruined all the good intentions and atmosphere.
