  • Positive User: A really good pasta place! All the pastas were cooked perfectly and really tasty. Be quick and eat it before it gets cold to get the best version of it! The salad was just OK. The tiramisu was the best among the dessert.

  • Positive User: The place for daily fresh made Pasta and Wine in Ari. Their signature is homemade Pasta with different type of pasta you can choose, from Spaghetti, Tortellini, Reginette and more. The pasta here is separated into two kind, classic menus like Carbonara or Vongole. Signature menu are Pink Sauce Vodka, Beef & Olive and many more. The Beef & Olive dish is cook with ground beef, black olive and chili, topping with fresh yolk and lime. Mixing together create amazing taste, spaghetti is also well cook. Pink sauce vodka is made of cream tomato, vodka and parmesan, this dish taste is quite blend and creamy, not to strong in flavor. Other signature menu that recommended is Crunchy Cauliflower and Chicken Piccata, very flavorful and well cooked, Cauliflower is really good to go for appetizer and Chicken Piccata is salad like with fried chicken. Overall is pretty good for pasta.

  • Neutral User: Interesting, but rooms to improve. The restaurant is in the small building, with few seats available. Small table. Overall, the price of pasta is lower than most traditional italian places. – pasta ramen It’s hybrid food ( it seems like pasta than ramen to me) Sauce is not too salty, quite creamy with a hint of porky smell (unpleasant for me). However, there is a bottle of layu oil (aroma chilly oil) that can boost up the aroma with little kick. I need more pepper in this to balance the aroma. Noodle-reginette are overcooked, too tender, not chewy, not al dente at all. I just spin a fork, and then the noodles were broken 🙃. Topping (the winner of this menu) – tomato, bacon, and soft boiled egg Bacon – thicc bacon is so tender with not too salty in taste. Tomato – refreshing your tongue with umami flavor in it. – Salad of burnt cos spicy dressing a lot of grated cheese on grilled small cos. The cos are crispy with a little burnt aroma, but oily. – Spaghetti beef&olive This looks a like of Thai dish called pad num leab (ผัดหนำเลี๊ยบ; Salty dry stir-fry beef with olive). Spaghetti (fresh) is too soft for my taste. Sauce is quite overpowering the whole dish by amont and taste. There is a wedge of lime to refreshing the dish, but it effect is too little.

  • Negative User: The food tasted good but not great. The overall dishes taste like home cook dishes no fancy/complex flavours. The beef ragu pasta taste a bit too salty to me (it left me feeling thirsty for almost the whole day). The downside is that when I make a booking I didn’t know that the restaurant close at 13:30 and the staff didn’t inform me. She even accept my booking which is odd. But on the day they called me asking me to move my reservation which I did. But I just wonder why they accepted my reservation in the first place.

For this, I ordered Vongole and changed the noodles from Tagliatelle to Spaghetti because I like smaller noodles more. But it turned out that the spaghetti here were very big. The noodles were strangely oily. I couldn’t tell, and the taste was flat and lacking dimension. The shellfish that came Very small After eating it I didn’t know it was a clam. And we only be able to enjoy the truffle one since it was the only thing that is not too salty. I heard the table next to me asked the waitress if the chef accidentally putting too much salt in his plate, but she said it’s just normal lol. In conclusion: – truffle cream pasta: kinda good I like the texture and it’s not too salty. – carbonara: too salty, too much water. – flank steak: super tough, super salty. Even the mashed potato is salty. – calamari: the squid is cut too thin. We can only taste the flour and the flour is also too salty. Hope the restaurant improve the taste soon. I really like the pasta texture but the salt ruin it all.
